Independent stories for a better Korea trip
Korea Waynote is an independent travel editorial project covering South Korea. We focus on useful questions: where to stay, how to travel between places, which neighborhoods make sense together, and what to check before spending money.
How we prepare a guide
We draft explanations from travel topics and official references, then review location claims and changing travel conditions before publishing. Artificial intelligence may support drafting and translation; it does not count as personal first-hand experience or guarantee an opening time, price, or booking availability.
Our city guides are designed to help readers make their own decisions. They are not travel packages, and we do not presently operate a booking or ticket-payment desk.
Why so much local context?
Travel information is more useful when it accounts for Korean names, real neighborhood geography, train stations, seasons, families and accessibility. When a fact depends on a particular day, we point readers to the operator or an official travel information service to confirm it.
