Choose the right ticket before paying
The operator's current At the Top Silver ticket lists Burj Khalifa floors 124 and 125 from AED 189, while its Gold experience includes levels 124, 125 and 148 from AED 399 with a higher outdoor terrace, Sky Lounge refreshments and priority queues. Both use dated timed admission via the Dubai Mall lower-ground entrance. Prices are posted reference starting rates and the specific time-slot checkout determines what you actually pay.

How to book and use Burj Khalifa At the Top official ticket shop
- Open Emaar's official Burj Khalifa ticket site
Use ticket.atthetop.ae for At the Top, not a search advertisement suggesting a private 'exclusive' building entrance.
- Pick the correct Silver or Gold product
Silver is levels 124/125; Gold adds level 148, refreshments and priority access. Read the inclusions before paying the difference.
- Consider combo packages separately
Dubai Aquarium and Sky Views Observatory bundles are not automatic Gold upgrades and usually have same-day use restrictions.
- Choose the correct calendar date and local entry time
Prices and crowd levels differ by time of day. Confirm the selected slot, including sunset-period pricing where applicable.
- Enter accurate adults and children
Under-three entry is free under official rules; children up to sixteen need adult accompaniment, and child tickets cannot be booked alone.
- Review the final total and cancellation policy
The published operator terms allow cancellation requests only at least 24 hours before scheduled entry; check any special product exclusions.
- Pay in the real merchant checkout and save QR voucher
Download confirmation and any mobile entry ticket offline; use the product's actual voucher exchange directions, not a generic screenshot.
- Find the correct Dubai Mall lower-ground-level entrance
Take Dubai Metro Red Line to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall or approach through the Mall. Follow At the Top signage from the lower-ground floor.
- Deposit restricted large items and allow security time
Large bags, strollers and certain electronics are restricted or stored at the dedicated counter. No outside food or drink.
- Present the dated admission and enjoy purchased levels
Present the correct QR/time slot, and keep proof if using two attractions on the same day. Gold priority does not promise an empty deck.
Purchasing guidance, not real-time availability or admission guarantee. The actual provider's product-specific instructions take priority.
Do not assume a payment receipt alone is admission. The provider may separately issue QR tickets, wristbands, redemption vouchers or a mandatory visit-day reservation.

124 and 125 are a real view, not a 'fake' cheap ticket
The official operator describes Silver as access to floors 124 and 125, including an outdoor observation area and Wi-Fi, with a published AED 189 rate on its checked ticket page. Gold costs more because it includes access to floor 148 and a lounge experience, not because Silver visitors miss all meaningful city views.
A family primarily interested in seeing Dubai's skyline may get the intended experience at the basic level, particularly if the group would rather spend the saved budget on transport, an aquarium or a different attraction. Neither route guarantees cloud-free visibility, and the advertised base rate is not proof that any sunset slot is available at AED 189.
What the extra Gold payment actually buys
The operator's Gold/At the Top SKY section lists AED 399, levels 124/125/148, a level-148 outdoor terrace about 555 metres high, priority access, guided orientation and Sky Lounge beverages/sweets. It is reasonable to pay more when the smaller lounge, comfort or another perspective matters to you.
The official product says priority access rather than freedom from every security measure or weather delay. Do not tell a visitor that all premium tickets let them entirely skip mandatory screening. A high-end marketplace bundle may offer private transport, food or photo services that are not part of the basic Gold inclusion list.
The actual entrance is inside Dubai Mall
At the Top's official access information directs guests through the lower-ground floor of Dubai Mall near the Burj Khalifa lifts. Metro users take the Red Line to the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall area, but station-to-entrance walking and crowd flow take time. The skyscraper's main hotel/business access points are not interchangeable with the public observation-ticket check-in.
Arrive well before the selected slot, especially when staying outside Downtown Dubai or visiting around sunset. The ticket time is tied to admission, and an outdoor viewing platform can still have queues for elevators, security or popular photo angles. The operator's terms do not promise completely empty decks.
A multi-attraction bundle changes the schedule
The current official site offers an At the Top + Sky Views Observatory product with a reference price AED 278 and an At the Top + Dubai Aquarium product at AED 319. Both are different venues and have same-day use conditions in the operator's booking terms; buying a package does not automatically grant Gold floor-148 admission.
Some Sky Views packages include a glass slide or glass walk, while Edge Walk is a separate eligibility-controlled high-adrenaline activity. Guests below the required height/weight or in excluded circumstances should not buy Edge Walk merely because it appears next to the Burj ticket in the shopping funnel. Compare actual inclusions and suitability.
Refund timing and children's age matter at checkout
The operator's current product terms allow cancellation requests up to 24 hours before the booked time and say requests inside 24 hours cannot be accepted. That is a category-specific operator rule to check in the actual confirmation; third-party vouchers may impose a stricter cancellation policy.
Children under three can enter free under the operator's terms, while children up to sixteen must be accompanied by an adult. A child's ticket alone is not purchasable without an adult ticket. Family groups should budget for all named ages and select a realistic timed booking during hot weather.
Visibility and crowd size remain uncertain
A clear-day 124th-floor view can be impressive; a dusty or hazy evening might reduce long-distance visibility even at 148. The operator explicitly declines responsibility for weather-related visibility. It is therefore misleading to market any prebooked ticket as guaranteeing a dramatic sunset photograph.
A family travelling during a short Dubai layover should compare total visit time and the return journey to the airport, not simply '90-minute ticket' claims. Real visitors' crowded-lift complaints are useful prompts to leave extra time but do not predict exact wait times for a future day.
Read the QR and bundled voucher instructions before leaving your hotel
A direct Emaar ticket and a GetYourGuide or Klook voucher are not inherently the same redemption document. If the original product demands a ticket exchange at a desk or a separate aquarium scan, follow those exact instructions. Save each voucher and the scheduled Dubai-time entry on a charged device.
Official products, starting fares, customer access and cancellation terms were checked on 15 October 2026. Waynote has not reserved any slot, verified a live sunset fare or connected an approved commission link, and does not claim to have visited the tower firsthand.
